Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period and Extension Policy
- Standard Warranty: All ACETECH products come with a one-year (12 months) standard warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects.
- Extended Warranty: If you complete product registration within 30 days of purchase, you will receive an additional three months of warranty, totaling 15 months. The product registration process is simple and can be done on our official website (www.acetk.com).
- Battery Warranty: The built-in battery is covered for 6 months, limited to manufacturing defects. Battery life, which may be affected by usage patterns and charging cycles, is not covered under the extended warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty policy applies to the following countries and regions:
- Asia: Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates
- Americas: Argentina, Chile, Canada, United States

- Others: Kyrgyzstan, Serbia
For users in these regions, warranty services will cover product repair or replacement.
3. Non-Warranty Regions Service Policy
If you are located in a country or region not covered under the warranty, you can still apply for repair services, but shipping costs and related fees will be borne by the customer. ACETECH will strive to provide efficient support to ensure your product issues are properly resolved.
4. Warranty Conditions
- Coverage: The warranty covers only defects resulting from manufacturing or material flaws. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or maintenance. Normal wear and tear, scratches, or issues resulting from personal mishandling are also not covered.
- Exclusions: Any third-party repairs or modifications not authorized by ACETECH will void the warranty. Additionally, damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other force majeure events is not covered under this warranty.
- Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) to ensure your warranty rights. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase will result in the inability to access free warranty services.
5. Warranty Service Process
If your product experiences an issue during the warranty period, please follow these steps to request warranty service:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team through the ACETECH official website’s customer service center, describing the product issue and providing proof of purchase.
- Inspection and Confirmation: We will guide you on how to return the product for inspection. Once the issue is confirmed to be within the warranty scope, we will provide repair or replacement services.
- Service Time: The repair or replacement process typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue. We will keep you informed of the repair status.
6. Additional Notes
- The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Products that have been repaired or replaced will retain the remaining time of the original warranty period, with no recalculation of the warranty period.
- If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, we will, based on the specific circumstances, decide whether to replace it with an identical or functionally equivalent product.
